Refund and Returns Policy

1. Returns

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and components included.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or missing refunds:

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again.
  • Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@floridianprimelinesports.com and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
